Hey there Nicki,
Rumblings on the beach make for tidal waves.
Anyways, I found a winter beach scene, from right here in Toronto. It is one of the most expensive places to live, but worth it in my opinion. It is simply called "the beaches". They put up a fence during the winter months.
-
Here's a nice summer shot. It's a nice place to live/rent, but I prefer to buy as I have been a homeowner for 30 years.
Who knows, one day I may consider the move.
-
This one is for slonedeb and puppy. Sending healing thoughts.
-
Blue,
Beautiful pics and thoughts. Thanks.

Good night sweet ladies...........Slonedeb and Pupster good night........sweet dreams............Nicki and Blue have a restful night...........Cherryl my favorite left leaning liberal see you around the farm...............Blue beautiful pics.......its amazing how peaceful the beach should be..............hope everyone has a good night's sleep....and remember sweet ladies.....Never succumb to the temptation of bitterness......Martin Luther King Jr.........later gators.......Love Shokk

Just enough time to say hello and good morning. No sunshine today - we are under a tornado watch and flash flood warnings this morning.
Blue: Those are some great pictures. There is a special mystery about a lake or beach that is frozen and Icy. Lake Michigan is beautiful in the Wintertime too. Always have to be on an alert for a perfect storm. Gosh can you imagine that icy beach once summer has arrived. That would be one heck of a melt down.
Cherryl: A big hello to you. So glad today is Friday!
Shokk: I love your quote from Martin Luther King. Funny thing about quotes, some read into the one way - and others a different way. I always choose the positive and after having a good nights sleep I will never succumb to bitterness! Just not something I have in me.
Puppy: Thinking of you today. This one is for you. I know the angels are watching over you and had to bring some warmth and sunshine your way.

Yes I just love quotes.........think I will start a quote of the day here in this wonderful place we call the circle.......and yes Nicki we can always see things in so many different ways.........Quote of the day from Mark Twain: "One man alone can be pretty dumb sometimes, but for real bona fide stupidity there ain't nothing can beat team work."...........all the circle girls have a wonderful day..........love Shokk
-
hahahahhaaaaa Shokk. Good one!
-
Mountain Patrol? OMG! Im laughing so hard. Loved this song before and still do. It actually was my late sister Angel's song. She my sister who passed away from ovarian cancer at the age of 46.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND THE LETTER D? HAHAHAH BEYOND THE C!

Shokk: I loved the quote. You are just too cool.
Blue: Im waving at you!
Enjoy your evening. My husband isnt working and Im gonna spend some time with him. A big hello to everyone and will see ya all later.
-
Here is my quote of the day:
Elbert Hubbard
"Never Explain - your Friends do not need it and your Enemies will not believe you anyway."An oldie but goodie!

Good afternoon circle girls............hope everyone had a nice weekend and will have a productive week.......here is a quote for today: Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned..........Buddha
-
Shokk: That is a good one. I have always enjoyed doing quotes - but since Im so popular - I guess I will change my modus operendi.
I think that people want peace so much that one of these days government had better get out of their way and let them have it.

(((((((((((((Bren)))))))))))))and Lisa.............wouldn't want anything to happen to this thread.............we have post here from sisters that are no longer with us.........it would be so sad to lose their written words and also sad for their families that may find comfort in coming here and reading..........to all the circle girls, past, present, and for future circle girls...........with great respect.........Shokk
-
Hear, hear........well said.
-
