Good morning Circle friends. So happy to see so many friends along the camp fire again. It's like having a family reunion. Let's keep the camp fire burning and the magic carpet ready for anyone in need. Wishing everyone a good day.
Lova and hugs,

Good Morning Friends!!
Sure do need that coffee ... Hi Nicki ... glad to see you here!
Well, need to wake up, the bug man will be here soon.
I love the bug man. Keeps the huge VA spiders and bugs from getting in the house.
Be back later to see who's cooking lunch.
love,
Bren

I'll whip up some lunch...... we'll have pulled pork sandwiches, cabbage & onion sandwiches for those who don't want meat, some homestyle potatoes, fresh sliced tomatoes and lots of tea, water, coffee. Someone else will have to provide desert.... I'm on a diet! LOL
It's so good to see everyone..... I'm going to be late...... gotta run.
Hugs

Hey Neesie ... was thinking about you this morning ... remembering the picture you posted way back when of your DH's fix-it job on the washing machine. Still makes me laugh!!
Thanks for the info on Cuba. Hope to meet Mr. Home Depot if I can swing the trip to Pinkstock driving on my own. It's 12 hours from here.
Lunch sounds good Liz!!

Hollyann,
Dawn is in the center of the circle. We will all pray for her.
I don't post in the mets thread, but do read, and will keep checking for word on her.

Bren

Everyone I have a longer version of Christian the Lion for you

This thread is like a big Pinkstock Pep Rally- perfect timing!

Well friends, your prayers worked (you all know who you are). My daughters contraction's stopped and she will be spending the next few days with me. They did an ultra sound this morning and looks like the baby is around 4 lbs., which ain't bad at 30 weeks. Hopefully she will hold on to him/her for a while longer. I'm all smiles today.
-
Good morning CW's.............Lucy I don't know Zarowny but will pray for her.........will make her comfy in the center of the circle...........Mensa what great news...........you take care of yourself while you are taking care of daughter and grandchild..........4 lbs is pretty good but I know they like those sweet babies to weigh at least 5 lbs at birth.............Gina I love that video...........I watched it over at the Hampton's........I also love John and Ace's hair.............takes me back in time to waiting for that boy to call.............on a telephone that was connected to wires........no caller I.D. so every time the phone would ring your heart would skip a beat hoping beyond hope that it was him............jeez sorry..........anyway have to get to work...........hope everyone has a safe day.........will keep the girls that are in pain and scared in the center of the circle.........later gators..........Shokk
-
Mensa - so happy to hear your daughter is home. But make sure you take care of yourself, you'll need your strength when that bundle of joy finally arrives!
I don't know Dawn either but will make sure she is comfy as well in the circle.
Hey Mayor - what's going on???
bbl for lunch - pullled pork works for me!
Valerie
-
Well what a surprise...checked in to see who was who and how everyone is doing and what do I find...a revival of the circle!
Welcome home everyone...I think I'll pull up my wagon...and visit from time to time.
-
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE....................
Puppy
-
Vickie and Puppy so glad to see both of you guys............Valerie you are to funny.........if MO thinks I am going to be Mayor she is dead wrong........she knows me well enough to know that I am just all talk and no action........ha.............but I have to give the woman credit.........she must have the will power of a Saint............don't know how she can stand the habitual whining........it's one thing to seek support it's another thing to demand it......anyway one more thing........Marisa was scheduled for her c section today......has anyone heard anything..........I pray that she and her baby are ok.............got to get back to work...........Shokk

Big howdy to everyone! Its so good to see the circle of friends together again. Makes me smile.
Lucy: I know Zarowny. We used to chat with each other all the time. We started our journey pretty close to each other. Please tell her Nicki.nnn says hello. She may not remember me, but then she might and that would make me smile. There is a special healing place in the middle of the circle. Surrounded with all this love, friendship, and prayers - we are strong together.
Liz: Lunch was fabulous. I had mine without the bread. Sooooo! Good. Dessert is no sugar raspberry sherbet slushy. Of course with fresh rasperries on top. And maybe a little sliver of dark chocolate.
Valerie: Hope you stinky day turned out to be sweet!
Odalys: Yep, magic carpet is ready and the fire is burning brightly.
NS: Pinkstock rally? Im loving it. I have to say that video made me cry. It is so touching and heart warming. They all looked so happy. And his wife was very pretty of course.
Newvicki: It sure has been along time since I have called you by your board name. Your not that new anymore, ya know! So good to see you.
Puppy: Sending big hugs to you.
Mensa: I thought about you all day. Im so glad baby and daughter are safe. And they are both back with their mama and grandmama to be.
Shokk: Your so funny, you always get me to laugh and smile. Im feeling pretty good right now. Thanks for the reminder about Marissa. I was thinking about her today too. The last picture I saw looked like she was ready to pop.
A big hello to everyone else from A to Z!
I pulled up my wagon and its all new. Put up a big circular swimming pool right next to it. So while its hot we can just jump in. I know I pulled SoCal in even though the water temperature is only 78 degrees. Ya know - too cold for our California gals. But heck she has a new swim suit, and I pulled her in. DebC your on a special float. I know its not hot in Alaska, but its 90 degrees here on my end of the circle. So as we are exercising and playing in the pool we are pushing you on the float. Wait till we start the whirlpool. We will have you cracking up. Oh and I brought my special nail polish that I used when I had problems with my nails. I'll fix you finger and toenails up real good. Madison I have a special float for you too. Just relax and let us do all the work.
So many more, I dont have much time. After I get a bunch of you in my pool, we are gonna run the perimeter. Good exercise and we are gonna like a conga line. Gonna be singing the good and plenty song. You know "Choo Choo Charlie Was An Engineer."
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExSlyoVTX3I
Have a wonderful evening and dont forget to jump in the pool.
Oh it looks like summer isnt banned at all. They finially opened up Rainbow beach here in Chicago. They closed it down cause the bacteria counts were high. Thats the problem with living by a lake instead of an ocean.
Nicki

OMG- finally got the chance to watch the video - LOVED IT!!
Valerie
-
Sure wish I knew where Vickie keeps her 'happy dance' guy..........cuz I feel soooo happy reading with all the group!!!!
Shokk........I love that you have 'Dorothy' on your fridge...........never did find one of 'Toto'......
Binva.......The dryer repair!! Shall I repost it ???? Yes, Mr. Home Depot will be with me at Pinkstock.............he's not to good at sitting still for long, so...........maybe MB will have some jobs for him!
I'm not going to start out by naming and forgetting someone...........so, my "cop out" is..........from A to Z Welcome home!!
What's up with Liz and Nicki (to name a couple) and all this diet food and exercise junk????
Neesie
-
Hi Neesie ... you gotta post that pic again!!
I'm having a tomato sandwhich .. is that a diet food? Maybe the maters without the bread. Does watering my flowers count as exercise?? I've got to see if I can find that pic of a John Deere someone sent me. Surely, roaming the Circle perimeter and mowing a few weeds should burn up a few calories.
Great to see you! Hope I can get to NY on 8/1/8.
Hi Nicki ... the pool sounds wonderful!
Deb - Hope you're feeling better today.
Madison - Thinking of you.
Zarowny - Keeping you in the middle of the Circle and in our prayers.
Hi Puppy and Slonedeb!!
Pammy - How about some peach cobbler for dessert.
Blue - So happy all is well with the baby. Can't wait to see mine when I visit the beach in September.
G - The Lion video was awesome.
Waving to all from A to Z !
love,
Bren
-
Neese: Im splashing water at you!
Bah Humbug - Im getting myself a Herseys Chocolate Bar.
Nicki
-
Gina, that video is perfect and made me cry good tears.
-
Hey Shokk ...
I might try this one out tonight ...
-
Nicki!!!!
A pool party.,..yessssssss
-
Hey Visa Diet Girl............don't think you have any room to talk.......lets see last year at Pinkstock aren't you the one that had lost all the weight and was nice and skinny..............hmmmm............Mensa and Valerie great video isn't it............Nickster down here in Texas summer just refuses to go away.............Shokk
-
Hey girls I'm here. I kept trying to pass out this morning so my mom took me in to the hospital. They drew a lot of blood and I decided to come home instead for staying at the hospital. My guess is I need another red blood cell transfusion. I should know the plan in a couple of hours. For now I'm resting on all my pillows. Thanks for the ride in the pool Nicki
It's nice to be bald after a splash in the pool....no waiting for the hair to dry
Hugs
Deb C
-
Deb .. I was just this second thinking about you. I'm glad you're resting, and not in the hospital. How about a couple of steaks for dinner?? We'll bbq for you, and maybe a glass of red wine. Think that stuff helps with red blood cells. If not, it will taste good while we wait.
Will check back on you in a little bit.
love ya,
Bren
-
BinVA,
Can I ride "shotgun"? PLEEEEZZZ!

Hi Girls
I was pulled back to the wagon circle today, probably because of having that dreaded mammo again. Have to wait a week for results, but since they didn't pull me back in for repeats I am cautiously optimistic.
Girls, it is so nice to see that this thread is still running strong. I lurk from time to time but don't post much because you guys say everything so much better.
Southern Alberta is beautiful this time of year and my garden is coming along. I am waiting for my roses to bloom and was most impressed by the flowers I saw on here.
Chemosabi, how's it going? Glad you had a good vacation. Newvicki how is that growing boy of yours? Hope all is well.
Deb C.............you are at the top of my prayer list. I am so sorry you are going through the nasties again. I have always admired your boundless energy and optimism.
Too many posts for me to respond and it may be a while before my wagon comes into the circle again but know that you are all in my heart for the support you gave me when it was needed.
Love you all
Lynn48
-
Deb, please let us know what your doc says. Stay comfy.
DH is trying to cook for me.........I need to go supervise!
bbl
-
Hi Lynn,
I'm glad to see you. We'll wait with you until you get your mammo results and keep our thoughts focused on postive news next week. Post a pic of your roses when they bloom. Would love to see your garden.
Nico ... hop on!! We'll load up your kittens, Bobo, Winston and Maggie in the back!!
