False on the bagel - I have some weight to lose here and I'm having a Slim Fast Chocolate drink and a Protein bar for lunch - dinner will be normal food. I lost 20 lbs about 8 years ago by eating and drinking Slim Fast and Protein bars for breakfast and lunch and then eat light for dinner. Since I'm a chocoholic, I don't mind it.
The next person felt the earthquake we had up here at 4:40am this morning. I didn't but some of my neighbors were woken up by it.
