I'm more like 98% sure, just no resv yet. I think if it's me and casino girl rooming again, we've agreed on the Hampton Inn, it's a lil more $, but we had a great experience staying there last year and it is closer, something to consider when driving back at night.

Oh MB, put me on the cooking list. Lunch and Dinner, I don't know about making up the hill for you early birds.

When I see Bren today I'm going to talk to her about coming to Pinkstock.

I know Doris and Kathy are working on Nicki too - offered to swing by and pick her up.

I'll let you know - anyone need roommates?

Lori, no rooms set aside so you need to book your own.  Some are at the Best Western and some are at Hampton Inn.  I think a few pages back someone gave the address for BW.  From what I have read, Hampton might be a tad more expensive but is closer to MB's and they felt worth it driving back from MB's late at night.

    Hope this helps.   Brenda

I am in this year with DH and probably 1 DS. Where do I sign up? I will help out where ever I am needed. Just don't put me in a craft tent..LOL...I am challenged in that area! Can someone post the address and # for the Hampton Inn? I see Madison posted the other choice so I will check out both.I am really excited! Do we have a fund to send money to for the cost of food, etc??I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

    Take Care,

    Joyce,

If you type Hampton Inn, Olean, New York your search will result in:

    http://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/hotels/index.jhtml?ctyhocn=OLNNYHX

If this link doesn't work.........please do a search for "Hampton Inn, Olean, New York.

I am so excited to see so many people going to Pinkstock.

I don't know if there are any blocks of rooms booked at any given hotel.

You can do searches for hotel rooms using the direct link to the hotel(s), or you can use one of the "internet travel sites".

If you do use one of the "travel websites"and you get a  "no availability"........move onto another site.....until you find a room.

I booked a room using my AAA Membership card and did receive a discount on the room.

    Good Luck...............

    Hey girls~

I haven't actually made reservations yet, but Christine and I are planning to attend, and I can't wait!

Fancy - love your Aussie Shepherd avitar.  Looks so much like one of my canine children Lucy.

MB - looks like a bigger crowd for PS '08.  Do you think Crazy Bob is up to it?   I wonder if I'll get a new screen name this year? LOL!

    I  am so very excited.

Please do a search, if you are a member of AAA, AARP, or some other type of organization that offers "travel" discounts before you book your hotel room.   They may be some wonderful discount options available.

    MB............here we come!!!

Just found out I may see you all at Pinkstock.  My b/f said he would drive me.  We would only stay a couple hours as it would be a day trip for us, but that's long enough to meet you all.Smile

Wow! What a crowd. Can't wait.

Joyce-I am with you on the craft tent. Keep me as far away from that as possible. I might hurt myself or others. I am about as crafty as I am chef.

Glad to hear Shel and some others like to cook for groups!!!!  We really want to keep MB out of her kitchen a bit more this year!!  And if you sneak in to do dishes and clean up, she'll swat your hand with a spatula!!
