Thanks Lisa. I'm sorry to say I've never been to Ohio, nor do I know anyone who lives there (aside from you, of course). I really haven't seen much of our beautiful country. Since I've had my bc, I've vowed to save more money so I can take more trips. I want to see everything there is to see and enjoy my life!!!!
Oops, I'll be back in a few. It appears that Chase has hit himself with a golf club. Why did his dad buy him that thing????
Hugs,
Karen

Thanks Sheila. I would have loved to have this site when I was working--too bad that we found eachother through such a negative common experience. I used to have lots of lulls at work. I'd e-mail my co-workers when I got bored.
I really have to go check on Chase and see how much damage he did to himself.

Oh..Karen..poor Chase...I do hope he didn't hit himself to hard!
I have not been to Washington( your state) . I have been out west, but only California, (southern), Arizona, and Denver and Utah. I feel the same way, there are so many places I want to see. I really want to see places overseas..but there is so much here in my own country that I have not explored! I wish I had allot of money...and could just travel all over!! That would be just a dream for me!!
The one place I want to see before I die..is Australia!!! GB...here I come! haha. Ever since the early 80's when there was a mini series on called the "Thornbirds", I have been in love and wanted to go to Australia! SOME DAY!
xoxo

Hi Karen xxx
Yes got fever....fever all through the night...remember that song...lol
I am sweating up burning shivering..and getting annoyed with it!!
I am just going to google cat deeley and AI I am sure it was last season...I remember saying to o/h ...god theyve ruined that now LOL...I do like Cat ...but she is bit type cast with other UK shows...and a little...errm cant think of the word...I will think...oh yeah patronising I think xx
I will just go and see xxx
-
I don't care for her much either, Sue. There's just something about her that annoys me. Ryan has grown on me. I like the way he banters with Simon. Did they have Ryan AND Cat on, or just Cat? Weird.
-
I have traveled over the east coast and been as far west as Arkansas. I also have been to Canada several times. I would like to go to Australia and England, but most of all, Hawaii. I rode with my DH in the semi truck the summer of 2006 for a week, we were in 10 states in 5 days. I enjoyed the travel but no time to do the tourist thing, we had to get the loads delivered.
Please take care of yourself Sue and hope that you feel better soon.
Sheila

Ryan was so funny last nt..he got taken down to the floor by one excited family...it was soo cute..he ended up holding some ladies purse while he lay on the floor! Watch for that Sue! Olivia and I were laughing so hard!
I told Olivia last night that I was going to fly her to the Uk to help you work..you should have seen her eyes light up..she would have loved that! She is really sick..same as you Sue..chilled, cough, tired, achy!
-
Yuck! Sorry you're still feverish. I can't tell what's fever or a heat flash these days! LOL!!!! I'm a mess.
-
Poor Olivia. There's just so much crud going around. Doesn't matter where you live. Except gb, since it's summer in Australia. That's the one place I'd love to visit before I die too. We have good friends there, so we'd always have a place to stay. The wife had bc seven years ago, and we've become even closer since my diagnosis. I may be coming to see you soon, gb!!!
I missed the part where Ryan was taken down! Where the heck was I? Probably in the damn bathroom. I can't wait to have my bladder surgery!

I think Ryan is still hosting though.
I didnt realise Cat had broken so big into America xxx
-
Oh, by the way, Chase is ok. Barely a mark. He's actually a pretty tough little guy. He whined for a minute, shook it off, and away he went.
-
haha Karen..poor thing..bladder problems..hot flashes! We are quite a bunch aren't we!! But that's ok...we are still awesome women!!
It was with that really pretty young girl (african american) who had the challenged daughter..her family. That was such a touching story!! Lot's of family support for her...I was tearing up!
-
Yeah... Karen... Cat was an irritant but I cant work out why LOL...the link I posted explains...I will just mute her lol...it has spoiled it a little..I love Ryan!!
-
Chase sounds like my grandson! Very tough...can take anything! He will be 3 on Friday!! Wow how time flies! I am baking his b'day cake for his Mother. Bob the builder is who I will draw on the cake, along with "scoop"!
-
Well how about that!! I'm so glad they don't have her on our version. She bugs me. Can you tape it, Sue, and then just fast forward through her? lol!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Sheila xxx Thankyou...I will rest up ...and I am definitely taking Friday off .... I am so rundown...xxx
Much Love xxx Hope your storm isnt too bad xxx
-
LOLOLOL ..... god she ruins it....I will hhave to mute and shut my eyes while she does her turn...I dont know whos idea it was to get her on...obviously Simons !!! We get an hour long show of Simon tomorrow I cant wait...hes got such a lovely mum xxx
-
It's amazing that you're so close to my age, Lisa, and have a grandson who's almost Chase's age. I really did start late. I had Portia at 29 and then thought I was done. Wrong!! Along came Chase when I was 38. My little surprise. I cried for months, but I'm so glad to have him now. He's my little buddy.
-
Woohoo...Sue...2 days off in a row!! Good for you!!!!!!!!!!!
Awww...I wish you had Ryan! I don't understand how they have 2 versions??
-
I know! His mum seems like such a sweet woman. How did she end up having such a meanie for a son? I love him--and the show wouldn't be the same if he were nice. He's the type of person you just love to hate! Last season, I thought he went too far when he made fun of those two mentally challenged boys. He called the one poor guy a bush baby or something because he had weird eyeballs. I felt so sorry for them.
-
Ryan must still be on though, isn't he Sue? It said Cat was on at the top of the show and at the end. Ryan is still the guy on stage introducing and talking to the contestants, isn't he?
-
It's kind of funny that the article made it out like you in the UK are getting a "special" version. I don't imagine you're the only one there who doesn't like Cat. Aren't you lucky that you get the "SPECIAL" version. Ha ha!!!!!!
-
LMAO OFF KAREN LOLOLOLOL I HATE CAT DEELEY!!!
I just found this look at it all of the uk petitioning for her to get the boot
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=527471
god ...I dont want the freaking special one xx

Hi everyone, I wish I could stay here for a while but need to get dressed and go and do this re-entry to the workforce course which goes for 3 weeks - it's very boring!
Sue, so sorry you are so sick but glad that you are going to have 2 days off in a row - please look after yourself!
Lisa - best wishes to Olivia too - hope she is feeling better soon.
Karen - poor Chase! Isn't that typical of boys! I am glad he isn't badly hurt. I had to take mine to the ER several times to be stitched up due to reckless play. They used to be so proud of their scars!
Sheila, travelling with your dh in the truck must be fun. I wish I could see more of America. I have been to California and driven up to Fort Collins Colarado via the Grand Canyon. Then we drove back to LA and flew to New York where we spent a couple of days. I have wonderful memories of that trip.
Come to Australia everybody! Would love to meet you all!
Have to rush.
See you all later!

Well, Karen I do feel "young" to be a Grandma. My circumstances were different. My daughter was only 17. He has been adopted (not sure if you knew that). It's an open adoption and his parents (whom have a son of their own who is 5 1/2, and they are just a few years younger than me) are so welcoming to us! It's a great situation.
How old is Chase? And Karen...I am quite a few years older than you..haha.
See..Chase was meant to be..your little blessing!
-
Have a lovely day gb xxx See you later ...I will come and visit you if you will have me LOL xxxx Take Care xx
Karen I hope to god Ryan is hosting ...I will let you know xxxx
-
Lisa, you're not that much older than me. I'll be 44 in about six weeks--so four years. I feel ridiculous sometimes when I'm at Chase's functions and see all these young moms. I'm wondering if they think I'm his grandma!! You did tell us that your grandson was adopted. I think that it's so cool of his adoptive parents to include your family in his life. So many people would feel threatened. It's great for him because he has two wonderful families who love him.

I think its that she trys to be the whole American sweet as candy presenter but just looks fake! The fake giggles and "ow my god you are soooo beautiful and soooo goofey!
CAT YOU ARE BRITISH YOU JUST SOUND FAKE!!.
