Jan, that is my favorite one so far. What vibrant colors. I was going to get a new camera, had it ordered, when my TV decided to go out so I had to cancel the order and put the money on a TV instead. I can't live without a TV. Maybe I can get a new camera soon. My old digital is broken, can't get the lense to come out like it is supposed to.
-
Maybe this will inspire some of you to take photos in your area! ALWAYSHOPE, yeah a tv would have come before a camera if I had to do it too. I used the xmas check my Mom sent us this Christmas to buy my newest digital camera.
-
Jan, AWESOME
It has inspired me to take pics of my area........Each time I cross the Atchafalya Basin I think of taking pics to post.........
-
Jan - gorgeous. I need to get up and see if the sky here is actually that pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Hi to everyone else. It's gorgeous here so I'm spending some time outdoors.

I can't seem to get pictures to post anymore!! I'll try it again and if it doesn't go...............I'll just go and read!

Nessie,
A few things have changed since the last time you would have posted pic's
the Link you now need to use is called "Direct Link" and it looks like:=
http://i9.tinypic.com/3zvtpwz.gif
You have to click on this icon
when you make your post and paste the "Direct Link" into the image url. and now you should see your picture:-
Nessie if you still have problems send me a pm and I will post them for you mate.
Peter

One little trick I found I had to do is click my mouse in the "image description" area of that pop up menu like I was going to type there in order for the pic to go on and take. Otherwise it won't "insert" it when you click the insert button. Took me a few tries to find that out. As Peter said you need to have your photo someplace else to link the url to here.
-
Neesie...so good to see about a new grandson..how wonderful
I am so happy for you...congratulations...
-
Neesie and Puppy...congrats! What wonderful news!
-
oh!!! i lost the post!!!
-
ok here we go again.....
Brenda/BMD....hugs
Peter...glad to see u posting here. Too many threads...too lil time
Nicki...lol on washing windows. Congrats on winning 100. Glad u will treat yourself. I saw on the new you are sending warmer weather my way...thanks
Margo...oh,my, you still can't find the knitter...that just s**ks, doesn't it?
Jan...thanks for info on squares. Gorgeous pic.
Started to take xmas decorations down today...too tired to finish..lol. Going to soak my feet. I always have trouble with ingrown toenails on my big toes..usually I can take care of them but one toe is being stubborn. Need to call foot dr. tomorrow. Yeah, I get to go to another Dr....lol
Have a good night all....CTG will be in the chat room tonight at 9pm EST. Please continue to pray for her.
Hugs and prayers,
Candie

Neesie, I can't post pictures either lately. I think I'm doing what Peter suggest but it doesn't work. Congrats again. I know you are walking on cloud nine.
Margo I saw that you guys were supposed to get about another inch or more of rain today. The pictures of the slides and the homes damaged are so sad.
Hope all is well in your area.
Nicki so you won the pool - make sure you spend it on you and a new "do" sounds just like the thing to do. I'm long over due for a hair cut - gotta get one this week.
Candie haven't touched the first decoration - I'll start tomorrow taking the tree down.
Was my son's birthday so he and his family just left after having dinner so for the very last time, I turned on all the outside wreaths, etc. mantel, decorated side board in the dining room and the tree. House always looks so bare and wintery after the decorations are put away.
MB give me two cups coffee and about 45 minutes to totally wake up and I'll be good to go!!! 5000 steps that quick - no wonder you took it off. If it was talking it probably would have said - "slow down, I'm tired from counting"
Better go clean the kitchen. Have a great evening. Brenda
-
Evening all, I just heard another storm is on its way here. Hope it's not as bad as the last ones we've had.
Neesie, I tried to post a pic last night too and it didn't work; I gave up.
Candie, I got tired of looking for the knitter - went and bought knitting needles and a book but instead ended up working on a no-sew fleece blanket all afternoon for hubby.
Brenda, I am water logged here. The area I live in has been declared by FEMA to be in a flood zone (100 year I guess) so we had to get flood insurance now while it was cheap rather than wait until we had to have it. Hope we don't have to use it.
Someone here got me started on pogo.com so now have to go play a game. Talk to you all later.

Good morning friends. I'm sending Fl sunshine your way to melt the snow and/or get rid of the nasty storms. Hectic schedule again, sorry no time to go back and read but do want to wish everyone a peaceful, safe, warm, pain free, smoke free, blessed day. Hope to be back soon.
Love and hugs,
-
Good Monday morning, my friends,
Gonna head out early and run to Target before work. I need to replace a few xmas boxes with some nice rubbermaid bins and they are all on sale this week.
Margo...I sure hope those storms stop for you. I just love fleece blankets...so comfy.
Brenda...Happy Birthday to your son.
CTG (Laura) was in the chat room last night. 56+ people in there. Even the second room had some. So emotional, spiritual and full of love. I had to reach for the tissues just thinking how we have all bonded together from different areas of the globe...how deep our connection is and our concern for one another. Many from the boards there too. We all have a bond like no other. It is too bad we had to get bc to experience this...but I thank God everyday for all of you and others I have met on here. Nothing can be compared to this friendship. I am sure CTG felt the love in that room.
ok, gotta run...have a great day.
Hugs and prayers,
Candie

Good Morning. Bringing some sunshine your way. Dont have much time this morning as its Monday!
For those of you trying to post pictures are you using photobucket? If you are, pick direct link and right click to copy. The go to the little tree above. Right click your picture into img/url. Then hit insert at the bottom. Sometimes it doesnt work the first time and I have to hit the tree a second time and repeat my steps. Good luck
I want to see new baby pictures.
Have a great day.

Good morning everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted. I get on a roll, post several times and begin to get everybody "straight in my head," and then get busy like I did over Christmas and don't make it back. I'm going to try to do better this year!
Nicki...congrats on the job promotion and wow! ..... You also won the pool! Maybe you should invest in some lottery tickets this week, too! LOL
Candie, I know what you mean about the love that you feel between everyone at breastcancer.org, whether it's a major thread like this, a question post, or the chat room. It's unbelievable! I laugh with people I've never met, cry with them, and celebrate victories! I'm so glad I found this site and all you wonderful ladies.
Congratulations to you new grandmas! Grandchildren are simply fantastic!
Well, I am hosting Bunco this week so I need to get my house cleaned and make out my grocery list.
Everyone have a good day!

Good morning Campers. Rise and shine and let's get moving. I missed chatting with CTG but I heard there were so many that some couldn't get in. What an amazing thing!

Hugs,

Neesie, he's beautiful.

Margaret

Big, Big hugs - you'll be walking on air for a very long time!!! Congrats

Grandchildren are wonderful blessings. Too bad mine are in Buffalo. The three year old finally decided to poop in the right place! A milestone!
I'm due for liver, lung and bone scans on Wednesday. Wish me luck. My onc scheduled these tests post surgery (bi-lat) findings of way too many positive nodes.
Hope you're all doing well.
