I made the acorn squash soup yesterday.  I liked it, but too much orange juice.  It over-powered it.  I would put 1 cup of orange juice and 2 cups of water the next time, or less water if you like it thicker.

I felt so healthy after eating it.  It's worth trying.  Plus, you don't need 2 pots, just saute' the onion, garlic and ginger in the soup pot.  You don't want to lose those flavors in another pot.

Thanks Marilyn for the tea suggestion.  I'll go look for it.  But I think green tea is working for me as a diuretic, I make it strong.

Today I officially started my Magnesium. Having read and re-read the various threads about types, I bought WF Cal-Mag Citrate 500 mg Calcium, (4/5 Ca citrate,1/5 Ca carbonate) and 250mg Magnesium (50-50% mg citrate/glycinate). I examined the bottle to ensure no soy, which I know now can be called lecithen, and if the bottle does not say "no soy" it's best to assume it has it.

Somewhere I am thinking someone said not to mix the Calcium with the the Magnesium at the same time in the pill? Buy them individually?

Not sure what to do about the potassium. Eat a two banana's per day? (Trying to get the right balance).

Also, i'm up to about 1400 IU of D3.

Thanks for everyone's encouragment on this thread. I'm looking forward to seeing if some of the Arimidex SE's become less.

I am going to watch for any change in PAT, a slight cardiac irregularity due to the calcium supplementation. I noticed some when I had taken 1200 mg before.

    Tender,

It's best to take the magnesium first, then wait a couple of hours before you take the calcium and D3.  So yes, buying them individually is the way to go.

Potassium if I recall is very high in bok choy (less calories) eaten raw and orange juice.  But I don't see bok choy on this list:
