Did you ever see a country of origin on Garlic?

I heard today over 50% of our garlic comes from China.
Also a very big amount of for Petes sake! --Apple Juice!!!!
80 % of our vitamin C as well.

You can read labels if they are there and be a cautious consumer all you want
but if it is not locally grown all bets are off.

There are garlic farms down in Gilroy south of San Francisco. The town holds a rip roarin garlic festival each year. Fun Times.

Have never been to the Garlic Festival but I love driving thru there. It smells sooooooo good.
