I'm trying to do exercises and my coach the Tiger Cat says I need to do more leg lifts. She seems to imitate me and rolls back and forth on the mat lol. Purrates class.

So cute. Miss Felix in younger days, used to do stretch & roll exercise.

My cats love Pilates too! They love to sit on the table behind me, and watch the teacher (on Zoom). They love to try to grab my leg as it circles or lifts. The go after the ends of my band, and walk under my planks. Cats are the best.

She is so lovely.

Good morning. I awoke to the sound of cat barf. Louie left me a messy hair ball to clean. Yuck

Best to hear it and be on the lookout so you don't step in it. Pretty dreadful.

I shudder when I hear one of the girls doing that.

I've heard that a sure fire alarm would be the sound of a pet barfing. Any pet owner would be instantly awake.
