    Hi sorry for the late reply. I have been hiding under my own dark whole . I am glad to be alive but my body has been through so many changes and anxiety burdens me

    Hi Flo!

    I just responded to your other post.

    I completely understand how you feel. It seems I will never return to normal, physically or mentally. And it can be both depressing and anxiety producing. I wish I could make big changes but I don't have the energy or focus... and I dare not add extra stress to my life.
