This is great news about the oral taxane. Also great to hear this drug company is focused on bringing other oral therapies to market. Oral vinorelbine (Navelbine) is around in other countries but not in the US. Efforts to bring an oral version to market were scrapped for financial reasons. Not lucrative once the drug is generic. Having other oral options would be amazing, particularly if they have better response rates and less side effects.

I was on a oral taxol trial for 2 years until I had some progression. I found it much easier to tolerate than the iv and had few side effects
