Lymph node swelling

I just started on Letrozole (2 weeks) and Ibrance (1 week) I've actually been doing just fine so far. Nothing terrible but I just noticed 2 lymph nodes sticking out under my armpit. I woke up two days ago feeling like I had golf balls under there. Is this a normal reaction from the drugs? Is it bad? I feel just fine. No fever, no pain, sleeping like a log. I have a call into my Onco Dr but I sure don't like the feeling under there. Three weeks ago I had a biopsy in my armpit (that side) but lower from where these are pooping out. Any ideas? Thanks

What did the biopsy 3 weeks ago discover?

Cancer. That is when they said I had mets (to bone) The bone scan found that I had swollen lymph nodes but I never saw them sticking out like they are now.
