Anyone Pain Free?

Just finishing up my second round of Ibrance and 60 days of Letrozole. Other than needing a nap daily in the afternoon, I have not felt pain. I have 6 bone mets in these common areas: skull, pelvic, rib, spine, found in February, 2020. Wanting to get some travelling in before the disease progresses. Wondering if anyone else is pain free, and how long you are/were able to enjoy this.

Sometimes I get a very sharp pain under my breast area, but it goes away. Hoping it is not more bone mets. Trying to forget I have this diagnosis, but just looked up more about it and became depressed again. I wish I could go on small overnight trips. This staying home is keeping me from seeing the sights. We do walk daily in a wooded park with our cute dog. Thank goodness for that. Hoping to try an afternoon walk too.

    It could be the brand of letrozole. Im on my third brand now and this one is the best of the three with far less bone pain and fatigue compared to the other two. But the brand that works for me may not work for another person. (also, when i say brand I mean a generic brand). You could ask to try different ones to see if some work better for you than others.

    Youll get to the point eventually where you will start to forget the diagnosis in longer and longer portions of the day. Try and enjoy every day for what it is, rather than what you are missing.
