How long has Xeloda been effective for you?

Have been on Xeloda with Xgeva injections since last May. Previously I was on Ibrance and Faslodex with Xgeva injections but that stopped being effective after 11 months. My tumor markers have been going down and my last scan in December ( unfortunately it was only a CAT scan because my insurance company would not authorize another PET scan) showed no evidence of new disease or growth in the existing tumors. I have cancer that originally metastasized to my bone and then small tumors in my lungs and liver. I know I should be happy that it seems that this medicine is working well for me but while I do enjoy my life, I keep waiting for the next shoe to drop. If you are on Xeloda, how long has it been effective for you? I know that it is fairly recent that they have started to use Xeloda for metastatic breast cancer and while I know everyone is different, I'm just wondering what people's experience has been. Thank you for this community..... I always feel better when I hear from people who are going through this.
