Ibrance and tamoxifen side effects

Hello, I’m new to the site. I am 6 months post surgery. I did treatment before surgery and also 6 months of Ibrance and tamoxifen shortly after treatment. After surgery they have put me on Ibrance and tamoxifen for 6 months. I had to go off of it for a month and a half due to my body not healing and i recently just started back. I’m sorry about this being such a direct question but does anyone have vagina issues? I literally feel like someone’s is pouring acid on me down there. It’s swollen and red. I saw my gynecologist yesterday and she recommend the same Suppositories that’s my oncologist recommend or diaper rash cream . They burn when I tried using them. This has been an on ongoing battle only when I take these 2 pills together. No issues during the time i was off 2 months for recovery or the recent 1 1/2 month break. I had my gynecologist test me for anything possible and everything came back clean hoping someone one could help with
