Princess has started laying down on the upper part of my recliner. She has never done that before. Usually it’s Grace up there.

Woke up with a sinus issue early this morning. Didn’t want to disturb hubby with my inability to sleep, so I came downstairs and sat in my recliner with my feet up. Fell back to sleep and woke up to a very sweet surprise of Princess and Grace sleeping on my legs when hubby came down for coffee.

We had an adoption at the shelter last night. Amber came in with a broken pelvis and was on cage rest for a long time. She can move OK now and a really nice guy took her home. I may have found someone's lost cat. DH told me someone in his samba group lost her white cat. We had a white cat come in yesterday who was picked up fairly close to where the band member lives. She's going in as soon as they open to see if it's hers. Paws crossed here.

It wasn't, unfortunately. The kitty at the shelter had blue eyes and the lost one had green.

Wren~He is only 4 weeks old. His mama deserted him and they are feeding him goats milk as per the vet. He’s gaining weight luckily and is very very playful.

I thought the kitten was small. Their ears change as they grow. When they're born their ears are almost flat against their heads. They they start perking up and are all the way up by 6-8 weeks. Goat's milk is good for kittens. We used that with our bottle baby kittens. There's a more expensive formula for when they're just born.
