My husband's in Oklahoma visiting his mom who's in a nursing home with Alzheimer's so my biggest cat lost his favorite lap. He made do with a box.
-
What a cute kitty, edj3, sweet photo!!!
-
He's a megachonk, he's about 20 pounds. OK truthfully maybe a bit more, and yes he's on a diet.
-
what a cutie! My amazon shopping obsession keeps our cat with a steady supply of boxes, all different sizes 📦
-
What a love he is edj3! Her looks like he is missing DH!
Momchichi what a great screen name. I loved playing with my monchichi when I was a child.

Well my baby Grace kitty is fast approaching her first birthday. She was either born around the end of August or early part September. She was only 8 1/2-9 weeks when got her last Nov.
-
MOmmy - My babies are the same age as Grace. Like you, I got them in November and they have August birthdays.
My sister (the super crazy cat lady) found a kitten on the beach that she thought was dead. She went to bury it and it moved slightly. $3000 later, the kitten is in a leg cast to her hip and living on my sister's bed.
It's a blessing because my sister is so into rescuing cats she would NEVER have adopted a kitten under other circumstances. She always takes the cat nobody else will take. She has saved so many animals she deserves an awesome kitty.
-
I hope that kitten enjoys a long life with your sister. They can knit bones at a young age and she may never have a problem with her leg.
-
I’ve seen that happen too with kittens. They can lead fully normal lives after the bones heal.
-
Santabarbarian, thank God for people like your sister. Compassion in action. What a hero.

From the TSA : A recent post, in honor of National Kitten Day, for example, noted that kittens, catnip and balls of yarn are good to go through security checkpoints, but warned that cats (and other pets) must be removed from their carrier while the carrier goes on the X-ray belt for screening.

Good way for a cat to get loose and get lost. Someone isn’t the sharpest knife in the cutlery draw

hi everyone! I don't have any grandchildren but have a new grand kitten! Meet Robert! My daughter adopted him from the shelter. He's missing half a tail..not sure what happened there. He's the best little guy and quite a cuddlier. His pic was posted on the vet FB page and one of the techs said they usually get 100 or so likes but he got 404 lol .
plays with every single toy he's given. He truly seems thankful and we are glad to have him! Hope everyone is feeling well.

Hi Deb,
Robert is adorable! Looks like the cat I had growing up. Our recent addition is a shelter kitty, too and although wonderful, after a couple weeks in our house, she is shifting from grateful adoptee to pure diva, lol! It’s fun to see them realize they are home now and see their personality emerge. Enjoy your grand-cat!

AWWWWWW your kitten is so adorable!
-
That is a hilariously wonderful name: Robert. Orange males are such awesome kitties!
-
I agree that orange tabby boys are usually really awesome cats. Mine was named Marmalade.
-
He’s cute
