OSTEOLYTIC OR OSTEOBLASTIC secondary BONE METS?

Sorry to be asking more questions.....
Does anyone know how we find out which of these we have and does it make any difference in terms of prognosis? Is one better than the other? I am assuming I have Osteolytic as have had fractures so easily...but no one has even mentioned this.....
I can´t see any reference to either on my biopsy report or post surgery report......

Most people have a mix of both, with primarily lytic lesions although it is possible to have one or the other. Blastic lesions cause brittle, poor quality bone and are also subject to fracture, although lytic are probably more likely to fracture.
