    Hi Laframa

I was diagnosed in january de novo with liver mets and have been on ribociclib for 1 week now along with femara. I found the SE pretty hectic to begin with. fatigue and nausea but I now take Pramin to combate nausea. I am taking cbd oil to combate the insomnia which is also helping with joint pain from femara and I have found massage also helps with these SE.

I am yet to see what my bloods are doing but due back at doctor next week for that.

I’m finding the SE have settled for the moment and plan on going back to work tomorrow morning.

hope this helps and I am happy to answer your questions if you are looking for anything more on this

Hi Laframa, you should go to the Bone Mets Sisters thread and introduce yourself!

I have bone mets (and have for 6+ years) but I don't actually frequent the thread. Lots of other ladies do. But feel free to PM me if I can help in anyway.

Hi. I was diagnosed in December 2018 with bone mets. Only 1 tumour thankfully that was treated with 10 fractions of radiation and is now gone. I started on a combination of Aromasin and Ribiciclib towards the end of December. The only SE that I can definitely attribute to R is hair loss. My hair is very long, past my waist, and I usually wear it in a plait over one shoulder, it's now half as thick as it was and it's getting harder to disguise the thinness over my scalp.
