Zoledronic Acid and fatigue

Hi all, I received my first infusion of Zoledronic Acid 12 days ago, due to mild osteopenia as a result of aromasin. However, I am still exhausted, and just wondering if anyone has had fatigue after this drug and how long it lasted?

    Good Morning,

    I had my first infusion on Tuesday, the 13th. Starting aching in joints during the night and stayed in bed for most of the day. Took me about 36 hours to get back to "normal". Wasn't too bad.

    I am on Xygeva. Sometimes I have felt a little flu-like for a few days afterwards. But not every time. I have learned that I really need to take good care of myself and take it easy for about 2-3 days post-injection. Hope you feel better soon
