Post Kadcyla medicines

I have stage 4 Her2 positive breast cancer, diagnosed April 2016, and have been on Taxol, Herceptin and Perjetta, and past four months have been on Kadcyla. Interested in learning about post KADCYLS regimens, and treatment options. My oncologist has referenced a possible pill option, but not sure yet as to its name/effectiveness. Thanks.
