LOL, Ocean. I'm glad you need a haircut.

I have been cutting my hair regularly since 1985 so I don't particularly need a haircut.

Have you ever dyed your hair? I haven't.

    edited July 2018

I have hi-lighted it blonde many times. I tried to dye it red with blonde hi-lights. It didn't work. The red washed out and only the blonde hi-lights remained. So I just gave up.

The next person likes trying different hairstyles. (Not me. It freaks me out to try something new!!)

  • Aussie-Cat
    edited July 2018

No, since I've been cutting my own hair, I haven't tried new hairstyles, although it curls or waves in different ways on different days.

My hair is straight. Before my diagnosis it was nearly to my waist. It was in a spiral curly perm. I cut it short before chemo so it wouldn't be such a shock when it started falling out. I had just gotten the perm in January. And was diagnosed in March. It was the best perm I ever had - my hair was beautiful!!!

The next person wears their hair up in a ponytail.

  • Aussie-Cat
    edited July 2018

Ocean, I'm sorry you had to cut your hair when you had a beautiful perm.

No, I don't wear my hair up in a pony tail.

The next person is getting tired. I have to go to bed soon, good night.

True. I started sleeping with plushes after surgery because they could keep my arms elevated. My favorite was a SeaWorld seal pup. Perfect fit. I was snuggling with my son's Lotsa Bear from Toy Story. He comes with a strawberry scent. That is, until I watched Toy Story 3 and I realized he is a villian of devilishly dastardly deeds. He has been banished from my bed.

The next person is from a very large family.
