ibrance, flasodex, herceptin and perjeta

I started this regiman in march. I have a tumor on top of right adrenal gland. is anyone else on this regiman? it has gone down two centimeters.  after receiving perjeta and Herceptin two days ago, my body hurts. and Im tired. this coming Wednesday I have to go do the flasodex which causes major constipation while the others cause diarrhea.  Im literally exhausted physically.  im here for the support. please respond

    risingstar18, sorry you’re feeling tired from treatments, hopefully you are able to rest at least. I found walking 20-30 minutes daily did wonders keeping fatigue away but understand that it may not be possible depending on the state and location of your mets.

    Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with you particular regimen, typically ibrance and Herceptin & Perjeta aren’t given together. Do you have mets with different HER2 status?

    I was diagnosed initially April 2011 with stage 4. This is my second reoccurrence. I had a biopsy done on the tumor and it Mets from the breast cancer. Thank G-d it hasn’t spread and the treatment is working. The first treatment was hormonal therapy. Second was Xeloda with tykerb and herceptin

    Unfortunately I’m on the third treatment. Tho I’m grateful for being able to be treated.
