Keep both your finger and toenails polished. It will help them stay stronger.

Stay very hydrated. Buy a bunch of fans and sit near them as much as possible (I had a tiny fan I would prop on my lap when I was sitting around watching TV and a big one I'd train on me at night when I was sleeping), wear breathable, light clothes. I found I would stay cooler if I could keep my wrists cool, so I froze a water bottle and would roll it over my wrists, or just ice. I also bought a chilled band I could put on my neck. There are also chilled pillows you can buy. Best of luck!
