Wednesday Weigh In

I’m up 0.4 but I was down just over 1/2 a lb yesterday, so I consider it a wash. I’m planning to eat mostly well on vacation this week but don’t have any specific limitations, other than not getting too drunk, lol
-
You've got to have some fun on a vacation!!!
-
6 days in Destin, FL = Crabs & Cocktails 🧜♀️🍹🦀
-
Walk on the beach for me!!!!
-
Down .5 today. Will probably blow it on a nice restaurant lunch today.
-
Congrats on the weight loss and the maintenance everyone! I weighed the same as well today. Close to my goal...
-
Well done all losers and maintainers. Enjoy ur holiday illimae, which certainly includes food and alcohol, gotta get into the spirit of the place. Soak up some sun for me, gonna be 12 degrees Celsius her today, brrrr.
-
ilimae where is Destin? Easy or West coast of FL
-
Falconer, it’s on the gulf coast. Can’t wait!
-
I am jealous!!!!!
-
Me too (jealous). And I was up this morning after a huge restaurant lunch of rockfish tacos.
-
Ilimae have a great time! Looks lovely!
-
Congrats losers and maintainers! Illimae, enjoy your vacation.
I missed WW weigh in Wednesday, as we did a quick trip to DC to visit with my new grandson. Wish I lived closer so I could help DD out more, but did manage to do many loads of laundry to get them caught up. Will be going down again in a couple of weeks when her DH goes back to work. But I was not a "good" girl diet wise these last few days, so back to counting points this morning, hope to at least get back to where I was by next Wednesday.
-
Hi, all. I was down .2 pounds, LOL yes theres a decimal point there. I am hoping I will finally get a drop one day but still hovering at the same weight. I need to get to the store for more veggies as I have run out and that really helps me at dinner
-
Grrrr this maintaining is not as easy as I was hoping it would be - I was up 1.5 lbs at my Sunday weigh in today. I’m ack at just above 140lbs. I will consider it as a consolidation week. Onward and downward! Illimae hope you are having a lovely trip. Well done y’all - I think nearly everyone lost weight last week. Sorry to be letting the side down. XX
-
Vacation has been lots of fun, tomorrow is souvenir shopping and more seafood. I’ve been active and eating fairly well but I would not be surprised to be up a lb or 2 when I get back.
-
Sweet Ilimae, lucky you!
-
Glad you're enjoying your vacation, Illimae.
I weighed in yesterday at WW meeting. Up .2 lb. Not a surprise. I ate dinner out two nights and lunch with golfing friends on Friday. Then Mother's Day with chicken and dumplings (cooked by me) and other carbs, including a cake.
This week will be challenging, too. Dinner out last night and another planned for Wednesday night and a luncheon on Thursday. But I will be playing in a golf tournament on Wed. and Thurs. in 90 plus degree heat and going to the gym today and Saturday so the exercise will help.
It was great reinforcement to step on the scale at a doctor's office yesterday and weigh 167. Now if I can just get down to 160!!!
-
Fun pictures! Thanks for sharing!
All of May is challenging with Mother's Day, graduation parties, retirement parties etc. etc. I ate too much at a grad. party Saturday night (but not as much as I usually would have) and managed to be pretty good on Mother's Day. The thing I did differently than my usual is go strictly back to the diet on Monday. If I behave today, I should be good for weigh-in tomorrow.
-
Off the Tamoxifen for over a week and lost the 3lbs I had gained plus anoth 1.5! I will take it.
-
How exciting, Illimae! Love fun and sun pics. Yay, vampeyes!
Down 0.3kg. It seems I have to starve myself on Tuesdays to get results on Wednesdays.
-
Ugh, back to work today... I want more beach! 🏖
I am up 1.4 lbs this week, which is slightly better than I expected, considering all the delicious food and drinks I’ve had. My body says salad, my heart says more crab cakes!
-
Illimae, 1.4 was worth it - it looked like you had a blast on your vacation!
I'm up 2.4 today, to 153.6 - I am not surprised, haven't been tracking much, birthday parties, mothers day, another night out tonight for dinner and theater. Need to buckle down this week and lose the 2.4, which I am hoping I can do if I am mindful of what goes into my mouth! Probably heading back to DC next week for some more grandbaby time, as my DD's husband goes back to work. So no weigh in to keep me honest, and harder to follow the eating plan (they are big bagel fans for breakfast), but I'm thinking if I loosely follow WW with smaller portions of everything for calorie count, I should be OK. Haha, we will see!
-
down .6
-
I think I lost .5. I have one of those non-digital scales, and the needle is between the numbers, so I'm thinking it's half a pound.
Good work this week; good you're here, keeping track. That's the way to do it!!
-
well done, ruthbru! Looks like you "behaved"
-
Notice that there IS a decimal point in front of the 6!
-
After two weeks on Nerlynx I’m down almost three lbs. I wouldn’t recommend it as a way to lose weight.
-
I dropped off the thread for a while because I was going up. I got on a diet and am back down to where I started. Well, that's better than a gain! Let's see what I have to report next week.
-
illimae, thanks for sharing your vacation with us. I love a beach too, and that is a beautful one. Such gorgeous white sand.
My Thursday weigh-in to make it an official one week shows I am up one pound. Mothers Day I had a craving for Italian. I had every intention of ordering chicken marsala but then I saw the manicotti. Monday I ate leftover manicotti and Tuesday had chinese food. So to sum it up, too much pasta, rice and sodium and 2.2 lbs heavier and havent worked it all down yet. I physically felt horrible, too. I could have ordered the chicken and had two or three bites of my son’s. That would have been a better strategy.
