bluebird de. Whenever I see your post it reminds me of an awesome bco sis we lost. Was bluebird. It tears at my heartstrings. So many people here loved her. I am sorry
Sensi. Thanks for sharing video. So sweet
Junieb. What a day. You still feeling ok or sore ? Is there a lot of crime in your area. Thank his you were t not killed in accident. That hospital blows me away. Totally unacceptable care. I guess when they r the only game in town they can do whatever they want. How far to a different hospital ?
Sas. I haven’t seen you. Are you on a break ? Wherever you are I hope all is well

Hottie hoo Patti, I'm back.
Quennie. It was over 50 hours to get it fixed. The touchscreen failed after and AVG scanner&update driver program ran. I had hired AVG technical service. They spent about 7-8 hours trying to fix it. They told me to contact HP. The first technician fixed the problem and a printer driver that was also corrupted. Then over from mon till fri other technicians tried to "fix more" Except the original problems returned after the second technician started working. They're was a different tech each day.
Today the original technician was back. He had a emergency out of town. Today when he got back he called. He had reviewed everyone's notes. He had everything fixed in <an hour. I asked if I call in the future may I ask for him YES. YAY. The other tech's didn't want to say he wasn't available. I kept suggesting they ask him as he was successful on the first contact.
I'm very happy right now.

Mags, where is the virtual tour link. I very much want to see it again
Sensi, so sorry about Chance. My heart breaks with you. They are so much apart of us. Bless you and Chance.
Blue, well dear if you just try asparagus, that will certainly cure you. Duh. I agree the ones I find the most hurtful aand really condemning is that God does this i.e. either in the giving or curing. I have a strong faith, but not for vengefulness. I have a strong visual/auditory memory of my first colon cancer patient. Her Pastor husband told her she must have sinned against gold terribly for this to of happened. He wanted nothing more to do with her. That was horrible, She was devastated on so many levels.
Junie, hope you are feeling better from the accident. I got the tax paper work done. I ws so happy I screwed the days up. It meant sunday was free to spend with Donnie. Today was just adding up numbers from the remodel , medical, and mileage. The stack is ready to go for Tues.
Loverly, Thank you for the roll. I tried it once without viewing the video. I need to view it. What was that link again?
Waving to kathy, and Beatmom and all I have forgotten.......

Sas, the previous link was taken down because the house is off the market now that I’ve signed a contract on it. So you’ll have to live with my poor video skills.
The house is actually bigger than the one we’re in now, not by a lot, it’s 2678 sq ft, but we are definitely downsizing our stuff. My cousin lives with me, does all the shopping and most of the cooking in exchange for living here, although that kitchen is so inviting I’m looking for a rolling stool so I can cook without having to stand. The sink is called a farmhouse sink. We won’t move in until after closing on March 27. Cousin doesn’t want to move Easter weekend as she’s singing 4 services between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. But we will have a lot of help. The community is gated, and walled, and there is an alarm system installed. I think that answers all the questions except what it looks like outside. Here’s the realtor pic:
Not enough roses. Needs more roses.

I don’t want to jinx myself, but I’ve actually SLEPT 3 full nights in a row 🤫🙌🏼 So I’ve missed everyone.
Hi!!!! This week has started off with a BANG. Broke up a fight today. Kids throwing desks. Yes. Throwing. Desks. Poor sub was freaking out. Coach and I walked in and it was like magic. It got quiet. The kids stopped swinging. Ugh. Then they started calling each other names. ‘Cause that helps, right? So off they went with Coach to the office. I stayed and helped calm the frazzled nerves of the sub. I tell ya, never a dull moment.
-
mags. House is awesome. Reminds me of a church.
-
Mags
Love the outside as well. Now, I remember, farmsink. Yes, I could see you cooking in the great kitchen. I WANT THIS HOUSE😂😂😂😂. Lol. You will get so much enjoyment with your new place, and very much deserve it. I'm glad you have someone you can trust staying with you. Gated, great security system, yep, I think you're very safe. Please keep on a sending. Would love to see footage of the day you move in. Could be funny. Lol -

I don't know how to ask, what happened with or to Blue? Not sure if I'm clear. -
Hi Jay, Fierce Bluebird had brain mets and passed away. She was a wonderful person. Her farm was known as Bluebird Farm. She had a shuba. Someone correct me it was a chinese dog with the curly tail. She was a large animal technician. Working in a vet center that took care of horses and big animals like that.
Ta, what was your plan that you slept three night's in a row. YAHOOOoo. Share. Poor sub teacher, Hope she comes back. Kids are so violent these days.
Mags Did you notice you have a cross at the center gable? I love the house. It is so inviting.Patti so very nice to see you here. Please come more often, Your Hootie Hooooo lways makes us happy. How are the boys doing? Update? How about you?

-
Sensi sincere condolences on your loss.
-
Sas- I jinxed myself. Slept a few hours then was up from 12 to 3:30. Probably didn’t help how I felt today. And I have no idea how that good sleep happened. I wish I knew so I could do it again! I’d share for sure. I’m headed to bed now. Super early. Feeling just bleh today. Hopefully I can sleep whatever it is off and away.

Ladies
Sas, I'm at a loss of words. I'm so glad I joined this thread before she passed. I will miss her, and loved reading her posts. I know hospice care was coming in, and she was getting her affairs in order. Are you in touch with her DH, and kids? Hope they're holding up. What a great soul. Prayers.🙏🙏 -
Oh, no. Patty is not doing well. Thanks or letting us know. Please keep us updated. Prayers.🙏🙏🙏🙏
-
Probably, breaking a trust, but Patty's ex Dh's name is Duke. I loved it the first time I heard it. Duke. Like John Wayne. Duke. Patty and I were indelilcate about talking about sex. So i substituted ESSEX for sex. We both got a charge out of it b/c it still was saying the same thing, but not. For example, I took a trip to Essex this week end.
How many ways do we say goodbye......................how many times do we let go,..... how many. I guess I still have this in my fingertips. (ctrl V)
The Lord is my shepherd;
I have everything I need.
He lets me rest in green meadows;
he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength.
He guides me along right paths,
bringing honor to his name.Even when I walk
through the dark valley of death,
I will not be afraid,
for you are close beside me.Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.
You prepare a feast for me
in the presence of my enemies. You welcome me as a guest,
anointing my head with oil.
My cup overflows with blessings.Surely your goodness and unfailing love
will pursue me all the days of my life,
and I will live in the house of the Lord forever. Amen- The Bible, Psalm 23 -

Sas, love it. Lol. Any updates on Patty?
-
Ladies, I'm extremely technically stupid. Will someone tell me what " I'll pm you later means? Never used it. Another nice lady on another thread said she would pm later. I asked her tons of questions, and too embarrassed to tell her. How do I check if someone pm'd me? I feel like a complete idiot.😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
-
Click on 'private messages' up at the top and it will take you to the place where messages would be.
-
jaymeb - PM = means "Private Message" Just go up to the menu on the upper left side of this page and you'll see in the blue list "Private Messages".
Don't ever feel or say you are stupid or be embarrassed. None of us learn without asking sometimes. There are always others who have experienced the same or similar things and are a great resource for help to the newbies.

Wren and Junie
It was easier than I thought. Thanks so much, and not making me feel dumb. I love how this forum is so easy to talk, and no judgments. I look forward to reading these forums I'm on everyday. You women always put a smile on my face, even when I'm down.😀
-
Jay , we all wrap our arms around you, Never hesitate to ask anything.
-
Sensi, I love the video. He was such a happy boy only because he was well taken care of. Couldn’t help but smile watching the video and then the tears came pouring down when I saw the last picture. He was ready. Wish I had taken your invitation to come to your place to watch Shawshank Redemption. I missed my opportunity to meet and play with Chance
Blue, thank you for sharing your feelings and thoughts about those close to you.
Mags, I agree. You need to have more flowers in the front of the house. Very cozy place. Love the details. So when can we come for dinner?
Ms. Sas, I didn’t post any links for the roll. I would be careful rolling your lower back on the floor. Are you using it the same way you used the rolling pillow at the resort? Hope it’s useful during spasm attack.
Junie, we need to break the bad spells. Gosh!
Tarenee, what grade do you teach? DD2’s first year in high school. First few months was a shock. Kids fighting every few weeks. The last fight one of the boys involved lost consciousness and ended in the hospital.
Jay, first shower was divine? Feeling better? Less pain? Hope you continue to hang with us minus the insomnia.
Hello to my other Sisters.
-
Getting snow here again. This looks to be a pretty hard one, could see a foot or more.
-
Well it's my turn to be awake tonight. I took my sleep meds several hours ago and here I sit.
Loverly - Is that spells or SPILLS? As you know it has been one thing after another since December, but with the accident last Friday and then yesterday morning as I was vacuuming I managed to lose my footing and fall on my face (so to speak). Really jarred my Thoracic spine again. It is beyond embarrassing to call the doctor anymore. I am thinking this is not all worth it. I have no family, only a dog. I don't find any pleasure in my day to day life. Quality of life is challenging to find and it is only going to get more so as time goes on. I need a new life, but don't know where to drop off the one I have.
Then the news about Patty is just so sad to comprehend.
Jaymeb - I am glad that you got the PM's figured out.
Mags - Your new home is pretty. It looks like you'll be quite comfortable there.
Sas - So glad your computer challenge is fixed and your tax stuff is finished.
Well I am reading a cute little mystery book, so I guess I'll go back to that. Maybe I'll fall asleep before daylight comes. Later Ladies.
-
Snowing like crazy here and according to the latest forecasted storm totals I could see 10-16 inches of snow. Don't think hubby will be going to work tomorrow as where his job is could see 6-10 inches.

Hi
I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction on 1/25. I’ve been having sleeping issues ever since. I had the drains for 4 weeks, and while it did improve when they were removed, I’ve moved on to different issues.
When falling asleep, I get the sensation that I am falling and jerk awake. Or, even worse, once I do fall asleep I wake up with weird sensations in my legs (sometimes my arms and torso as well) that I need to move them. I have to get out of bed and walk around when this happens. This is also when the itching is at its worst. Not just around surgery site, sometimes my head itches so bad it drives me insane.
I haven’t slept more than 2-3 hours at a time for a couple weeks now. It is taking a huge toll; I feel like I am losing my mind. Anyone else experience this? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
