My CT scan shows definite Liver mets now. My bones are diffusely sclerotic, showing progress. I'm sure the chemo will change. Maybe Ibrance or Letrozole? What about Zometa? When do they treat liver mets with radiation? How is it going for you all?

Ojttocs, get onto the liver mets thread to get more support. It looks like you might be HER2+ ? I had liver mets when first diagnosed that disapperared after a few months of Ibrance/ Femara. They came back after 16 cycles of that combo, and I have just started Fulvestrant. Too early to know if is working. There are many more things out there for liver mets. They don't usually do interventional radiation right away, and that depends on the size and location of lesions. Do you have Bestbirds guide to MBC? You can download it from her thread and it is great. I think they will try to treat you hormonally first, maybe with Ibrance too. Her2+ might mean an additional drug? Best, MJH
