So glad that you checked in, cause we all worry about you. But it almost feels selfish when it's so uncomfortable for you to try to read our post and to post yourself. Just know that we are all here cheering and praying for you even when you don't feel like checking in. You are most loved on this forum. I am praying for some relief that you feel more comfortable and something works on that dang cancer. Sending hugs and love your way.

Thinking of you. . .
-
Sending gentle hugs to you Lita.
So glad your family came together for the holiday. Hoping you find a treatment plan that provides pain and "spot" relief along with some energy! If good vibes from friends here can help, you will soon be up and giving Mr Cancer quite a piece of your mind! He can have that blind spot for starters.

Good morning Lita! I am so happy you found the strength to let us know about your Thanksgiving! Holding you close in my heart and praying daily for you...still ready to bash heads for you to get that MRI sooner!
Mods - yes to like button and yes to voice posts to talk and listen. Ig Google can do it, so should you.
Hugs and prayers,
Claudia

Lita, wish I had words of wisdom. But, I don't. Hoping things get better, not worse.
-
Sending giant gentle hugs. Praying for pain relief and peace for you Maire

Lita - I get soaped up while sitting on toilet. Then I rinse in warm shower. If that helps.
Thinking of you. Sending another photo..... my first baby skunk. Pooh.

Lita I want to add my voice to the mix I'm so happy to hear from you😊. I am a worrier and I think of you a lot and each time I do I hope for relief and a turning back to normalcy for you. That those drugs finally kick in and do something. I've read that different drugs take different amounts of time in each of us to start working.
I'll continue with sending my best mojo to you and a big virtual hug.

Massive diarrhea explosion at 1 am. I wasn't even able to make it off the La-Z-Boy b4 it happened. Thank God I was wearing depends. What a mess!
Taxol induced, no doubt...also possibly because everybody's out of saline drips that are supposed to accompany chemo infusions. The plants in Puerto Rico sustained damage bcuz of the hurricane. Don't know when they will be up and running again.
Just took a big swig of Imodium and will put one of those blue chux pads on my mattress in case I have another "episode"...what fun. Probably won't sleep much worrying about whether or not I'll have another incident. Wearing a fresh pair of depends, that's for sure.

Oh, Lita! How awful. I'm so sorry.
This saline drip issue must be solved soon!
Crossing my fingers that the Imodium took hold and you got some sleep.

Oh Lita, what a damn nuisance. Really? I had that happen during first go round with IV chemo when I received IV potassium for dehydration. It took me a bit to get "armed" with depends, pads, etc. I could hardly move, and hubby had to tend to our grandson.
I am so thinking of you and wanting this to subside immediately. Really, doesn't Mr. C have better things to do than plague us with such indignities?
He is the devil. Sending hugs, may the force be with you. MJH
-
Lita~I am so sorry that you're dealing with everything you're dealing with. I think you're amazing. You are one tough cookie. Much love ~M~
-
Lita well that's pretty shitty😉 Thank goodness for depends eh I didn't have that with Taxol I'm sorry you are dealing with that as well. Can you eat something that would help my mother always suggested beets. I'm so happy your tumours have shrunken I can't tell you how happy that makes me. I talked to a new friend on one of my Facebook feeds who is in your shoes as well. She is doing well now took a year though but she came out on the other side Lita and so shall you. Sorry about the pun I couldn't resist.
Wendy

Love the pun Wendy! We have to find the humor in these times.
Lita - you always handle the most difficult situations with such strength and fortitude. I've said it before - you are a force to be reckoned with! ((Hugs))
