hi. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with Mets to my spine. On letrozole and xgieve shots now. Just had a pet scan on nov. 8;2017. Some of my blood levels changed so my dr. Sent me for a pet scan. The office just called and she wants to see me one day this week. From any body’s experience. Does this sound real bad. Thanks for any help

Your doctor wants to see you to discuss the results of the scan, and to make sure you understand whatever they indicate. It's anybody's guess what she'll say. Try to get an appointment as early as possible this week so you won't get too anxious.

Yes they always want to see you after a scan so you aren't left wondering how it's going.
