After 6 years of dancing with NED, I had some rouge cancer cells escape from my skull. Just finished 25 rounds of rads and back to teaching/momming/living life....for 2 weeks until I have scans. I'm trying to live in the moment and be grateful, but I'm scared. I can't even imagine my lfe going back to chemo/baldness/not working/worried kids/and everything else that goes with this stupid fricking disease.

    Glad you got through 25 rounds of rads. Must've been tiring? I will be sending out positive vibes that your scan shows good results. Live in the moment! This disease sucks! Wishing you the best!

    That must have been exhausting. It will have been worth it and hope those scans are testimony. Live it up in the next two weeks because the truth is, feeling good can bolster the effect of the rads as your immune system reacts to the therapy. My two cents.

    CT results in. Slight progression of spinal mets. Change of meds to Ibrance and Faslodex. Fingers crossed for a positive change
