Heparin Headache, Anyone?

For the past couple of months, I've been having a hard time giving up blood when my port has been accessed. I get my treatment fine, but it's hard to get enough blood for the labs. Nothing comes out. Yesterday, they shot me up with about 7 syringes of Heparin and saline, which really makes me cough and the smell and taste shoots up my nose and throat. I finally said enough and made them dig for a viable vein.

Today, I have a massive headache that just won't go away. I only take Herceptin, so I know it's not that, but that's the only thing I think it could be.

Has anyone else gotten headaches from Heparin and/or saline? Thanks!!!!
