Just reading how Kisquali has not been approved by the FDA in the USA for ER+ HER2-. Was very unexcited to read however that is not available to those of us who have already taken and aromatose inhibitor. So many of us started our treatment this way and now I fear that we won't be able to procure this drug because we have already started treatment. It's only for newly diagnosed. Such a pity. it has some great trial results.

I would talk to your oncologist about that prescribing issue. Not all Doctors follow the guidelines strictly. I can't see why it couldn't also benefit women who are already taking an aromatase inhibitor, just because it may not have been tested that way in the clinical trials.
