Very sorry to hear that. Your oncologist should have lots of options. Take some notes, take a friend, discuss the options and side effects. Hopefully they give you time to think about and research what to do next. My wife is very happy that she didn't go with the Onc's 1st choice, but instead chose option no. 3. Have the Onc explain why he or she recommends a particular drug, and whether there are any alternatives worth considering.

Husband.. I researched the cannabis oil extensively.  Everything that I have read says it does work but slowly.  Last month had talk with my Onc Nurs Prac.  who says studies from Europe are showing great promise with CBC oil.  BUT, you need to take the right one, from the right strain of cannabis.  The THC content has to be in there in order to work for the cancer.  The other oil, without THC is for pain control.  I can get a medical card here and purchase the drug from medical distributions centers. If only, I had that much money. It's very expensive.  God Bless
