I go along fine, but then some days I have to take a nap and I am out for a good two hours. Usually when I nap noises wake me up, but not when it's one of these naps.

Smurfette I was having issues with the concentration also and I started taking B12 has helped a lot. It has also helped a little with the energy too I can make it through my work day and don't need to hit the couch when I get home but boy I want to go to bed at like 8:00.

Anyone totally exhausted? It's 10 months pfc and I've been feeling pretty great. Suddenly, I can hardly walk more than a few blocks without feeling achy in my back and very very tired. Pain is not there other times. I've been bad and have not exercised since my lumpectomy over a year ago. Opinions

Cathytoo, I am exhausted all the time too, I make it through my day ok but I am ready for bed at 8:00 or 9:00, I fall asleep Ok but am awaken a few time a night by hot flashes and leg cramps so I am sure this doesn't help with the exhaustion.

Sane here! For the last few weeks I've been sleeping 9 to 10 hours a night. My usual is six. I have no energy either. I thought the fatigue would escape me. Apparently not.
-
I am also very tired, but I only finished Herceptin / Perjeta infusions 2 weeks ago, and those tend to make me just as tired as chemo.
-
I continued to walk my dog all through last year because it is supposed to help to stay active. I feel like I'm doing pretty well, but some days I still need a nap. Part of thtw might be from the gabapentin I'm taking for hot flashes. It helps with that, and it also helps me sleep through the night and I love it for that reason alone!

Hi there. I came across your post after searching for zolidex. I just started hormone therapy today and I’m pre menopausal so I am beginning Zolidex and Anastrozole. I’m terrified of the side effects. How did the shots end up working out for you
