Quirky/odd coordination issue?

Background, I was originally dxd with ILC 8 years ago. Bone mets dxd 6.5 years ago and recently dxd with liver mets. I am currently on Navelbine every week, this is my third week.

For about the last 5 or 6 weeks, my body feels odd. It is hard to explain, it is like my left and right are short circuiting. I am right handed, but when I pick up a pen in my right hand, it feels awkward. I change to my other hand and that still feels wrong. My handwriting had deteriorated to the point that I cant even read it lol. Trying to stir something and making a mess everywhere because I am doing it backwards and very awkwardly. Just a couple of examples.

I'm seeing my MO on Monday next week, just wondering if anyone else has had coordination problems, or felt like they were short circuiting, and did you find the cause? I'm not a worrier, if anything I put things off for too long, but now DH is noticing.
