stage IV triple positive

I desperatley need some positive stories or information from anyone with MBC. In September I was diagnosed with stage IV BC with a liver met. I have completed 6 rounds of chemo taxotere with herceptin and perjeta and I will have lumpectomy, liver resection and nodes surgery next week and herceptin, perjeta and tamoxifen from now until ??? I'm 47. I'm honestly not sure how long I should expect to live. I see so many various stats and figures. I hear that Herceptin and Perjeta are game changers and much of the prognosis info out there doesnt take newer therapies into account. Would love to hear your thoughts/ stories etc.
