3 clear scans but markers going up

I've had three clean scans for the past six months and November workers were 52, December they were 74 but had a clear skin and now January's are 115. Anyone have clean scans but still have out of range of normal markers? Doctor was going to take me off chemo and put me on ibrance and faslodex but now I don't know what he will do I will see him this Thursday. Ugh

Do you have any inflammation somewhere that could be causing this?

not that I know of. Hopefully it's just my liver saying it's had enough chemo
