This is Lu Lu..short for Lucifer. She was rescued by me about 4 years ago. She was abandoned by her Momma and left near death at 3 days old. She got the name Lucifer because she was super naughty when she was smaller. Curtain climber, tiolet paper shredder (this is an on going war. Lol) She has been my "nurse" for the last few weeks. Although I suspect she is just using me for my heating blanket.lol

Herr she is again. We torture her and she just takes it. She's a good sport.lol

Gosh, Logang, all your cats look so tense. Not! Try and relax, kitties.
-
There just isn't enough time in the day for my cats to relax....haha.
-
This cracks me up!
-
Logang, I think she's a bratty 13yo teenager. I love that photo.
I agreed to take a foster cat from the shelter where I volunteer. I was going to get him last night, but an officer said the owner had turned up and was supposed come in to get the cat. So today, I got a message from a different officer saying that the owner didn't come in and I should go ahead and pick him up. So tomorrow afternoon I'll go get him. The owner may never turn up, who knows? In the meantime my cat found the cosy spot by the heat vent and has slept in it all day. He's going to be upset when he's locked out of the room.

GA Momma what a wonderful cat. Dont they all have their own inner LuLu! I can't get over LuLu's 'tache - so striking. There was a cat in the news in this part of the world a little while ago who had such an unusual and handsome feature. I will see if I can find a picture...
His name is Fegus and he lives in Grimsby in the UK
Full story here
EDITED TO SAY:
OOOPS!!
Just went back and re-looked at the photos of LuLu and I think I was deceived by appearances! She doesn't seem to have the same facial markings in the first photo. You meant you tortured her by putting a fake 'tache on?
Well Fergus is the genuine article

hahaha guilty.. my.older daughter ,Mackenzie, is really the trouble maker of torture.lol We've done bread cat, wrapped her like a present, put her in a knee high stocking.. she is so funny that just "let's " us do it.lol

Willow lounging this morning. This wasn't supposed to be a cat bed, but they turned it into one. I took the cloth liner out and put just a towel in so I can change it when needed.. lol.

Hi, cat loving people. Since you love cats, I think you will understand me. I was sleeping last night and I suddenly woke up. My beautiful, crazy and joyful cat decided to catch a mouse and bring it to the bed with me. The little mouse was trying to escape but it couldn't. I am apprehensive and don't want to fall asleep because I don't want to wake up with another mouse on my bed. I have had mouse pets but they slept in their cages. Can I trust my cat again?
-
Wow Mariangel43! I have had one of mine bring in a mouse, but not into my bed.... At one point, my husband let the same cat in from outside not realizing she had something in her mouth. Once in she let a wren loose...lol. I had loads of fun catching the poor little petrified bird!
-
Spookiesmom: "Fine, if it's so comfortable, YOU sit in it."
Mariangel: I have cats who've presented me with gifts....but in bed with me? I'd be shrieking too. Also levitating.
-
The real Scrunch the Cat once brought me a mouse while I lay sleeping. I woke up in the middle of the night because he was attacking something on the bed. Fortunately (or not so) the mouse was dead.
If kitty can get ahold of it, kitty is going to keep bringing you presents, sometimes when you sleep. On a separate occasion I came home to a "gift" of half a mouse in front of the door. You can close your door at night if you think it's a problem.
-
Our cat was using the window to go in and out at night - until the night I heard squeaking as she came in. After that the window was closed. Same cat killed a snake and gave it to my son.
-
-
I'd be more concerned about having mice in the house getting into and damaging things. Good kitty for catching it.
-
This is Rosie, the picture isn't too clear but she is a Calico. She's a naughty girl that loves to climb....this is her showing off 😀
-
Here's Toulouse....he loves to do this sort of thing. He also has this uncanny ability to interrupt dh and I any time we are trying to talk. Lol
-
Rosie again laying down with her little mommy. Rosie was dd's birthday present this summer. We took her to the shelter and adopted her.
-
I like cats, they are tasty and easy to skin. Actually I do like cats. unfortunately my wife does not, so I have to go to my daughters house, they have a stuck up Siamese.
