Help Understanding Scan Results

Hi everyone,

Had a PET/CT scan on Tuesday and the results were good! Yeah! But there must have been a different radiologist reading the scan because he/she used a term I am unfamiliar with and I was wondering if anyone here can help. Here is the quote:

"No significant change in FDG uptake within a right ischial
metastasis with current SUV Max 3.3, prior shaving Max 3.4. No new
FDG avid osseous metastasis."

What does FDG mean? I know what SUV means but have never seen FDG.
