    I just wish there were a little "window" into Peppermint's life.... then we would all be able to know how she is doing.... Maybe even tap on that window for her to see we are thinking of her.... I would light a little candle outside that window, so she would always know we are there.....xoxo

    I read that Carrie lived right next door to her Mom Debbie. They visited each other daily and were a constant source of support and love. Imagine losing her at just 60 and I bet she just decided well I've lived long enough. It's like when long married couples die within days of each other. Their bond was tight. It is sad and kind of beautiful too.

    Yes Rosie.... It just makes you so sad, to think of the heart-ache of losing your Daughter... or ANY family member... no matter how old they are....

    I've heard of other people dying of a broken heart after they lose a loved one.... I don't know how they keep on going....

    Chevy ~ I love the thought of a little magical "Patty Window"! She would never need to turn on a light at night .....all our little candles would shine so brightly! We would have to take turns standing outside to wave - she might get creeped out by too big of a crowd! 😛

    Patty texted back (10:20 ET/9:20 CT):

    Had my MRI yesterday waiting to hear from dr about tx plans for def fractures. Ugh.

    How are you ? You have plans for this evening ?

    No plans for me. Laying still ad not to hurt more. Ouch
