How do people with high ER+ PR+ percentage do?

I am now just in firth week of neoadjuvant chemo. I feel like it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel sad thinking about I am only 29 yo and I do want to have 40+ extra years ahead of me. My oncologist said I would have good prognosis but I know BC is just a crapshoot and I can't help worrying about recurrence in the future. I want to hear about some successful stories from people who is also highly ER+PR+ which would help me get through this difficult time.

I had success so far with AI drugs treating 95% er and less than 1% pr. My situation is much different I was post menopausal but still expect 30+ years time left. My grade was 2, after 5 years NED I think I'm will have a full life expectancy.

Steph, I was highly positive for both and my numbers were as high as yours. I am 7 years out.

Steph, I was 98% ER and PR positive, with a low Ki-67 too. I'm five years out and doing very well. I know this whole fandango is a scary grind. Keep getting out of bed every morning, put one foot in front of the other, breathe...treatment will be over before you know it.

Cowgirl13....Congrats on being 7 years out and NED! I'm just curious if you had anti hormone treatment ? It's not in your stats so just wondering. Good luck to all navigating this disease.

Thanks, dtad! I have been on Arimidex for sever years and will continue the full 10 years.
