Hormone receptive tumor sore before period

I have IDC and a 2cm mass in my left breast at the 2:00. It's hormone positive and 4-6 days before my period it will get very sore and feels bigger? Does your breast tissue swell before your period? I'm sure it's all in my head and it's really not bigger but was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

    I swear mine did that as well. I was on continuous birth control pills, but I would still get a few "PMS" symptoms at the same time, and that was one of them (swelling/growing). I thought I just had fibrocystic disease because it hurt at the same time every month too. I am hormone negative though. I hope others answer. :)

    Hi Livesloons. I have idc as well and thought it was fibrocystic(as did the doctors and surgeon) as it would get sore and bigger during my period and would even get soft and squishy and hurt when I drank caffeine. It was a shock to find out otherwise. I'm also er/p negative but her2+May I ask if you know what your treatment plan will be
