Good question Val. To be honest I have no idea but not a whole teaspoon. I use a clean teaspoon in the solidified oil and just scoop out a bit and roll it into a ball. Maybe the size of a small marble. It can be greasy so you might want to wear a panty liner to protect your knickers. Added photo so you get an idea.

Had my 1st MLT yesterday. Much easier than I thought. Takes about 10 minutes. Lot of noise and vibration but no pain. There's definitely tenderness after but nothing awful. Feels like a sunburn. Let's hope it's worth it. I'll know next week!
