Third tumor in same breast

haven't had my surgery yet and docs say they want to do chemo first but o had my MRI and it showed a thrid tumor. In a different spot on the same Breadt. I had a satelite tumor next to the original mass but not this one in different quadrant. What does anyone know about this? Haven't heard of this happening. Does this change my treatment options? doc is calling me today.

    I had multiple tumours all over my right breast. The treatment options for me were the same had I only had a single tumor EXCEPT that I had to have a mastectomy instead of a lumpectomy because it was just too many tumors for a lumpectomy.
