    • my PS used wrong size implants (too big)
    • My PS used wrong type implants agreed to be textured solid gel gummy bears
    • My PS failed to use ALLODERM for support for implants (it was used for TE)
    • My PS failed to do the surgery herself as discussed, she supervised instead, there is no name who did the surgery
    • My PS ignored my comments at 4 week check up post surgery that my implants were too large for me and stated we need to plan the next surgery to do nipple reconstruction
    • I have pic of breasts before surgery and stated at every visit I wanted to remain the same size
    • My PS gave me large implants for my size 32 bra, so I fit a 32DD or 32E at 5'4" 122 lbs; I looked horrible, rippled, hanging with hollow poling at the top, gravity pulling
    • My PS said the outcome would be that I would not need to wear a bra unless I wanted to for they would be "perky" if I did the 3D tattoo. If I did the reconstruction for nipples I would for they would always be erect.
    • I am unable to purchase bras at Dana Farber Boutique for they do not sell my size and its unavailable from their vendor.
    • had to go to PT for 9 months and Massage therapy due to pain from heavy breasts aggravating my Fibromyalgia
