Legal action vs Plastic Surgeon for Bad Surgery

my PS used wrong size implants (too big)
My PS used wrong type implants agreed to be textured solid gel gummy bears
My PS failed to use ALLODERM for support for implants (it was used for TE)
My PS failed to do the surgery herself as discussed, she supervised instead, there is no name who did the surgery
My PS ignored my comments at 4 week check up post surgery that my implants were too large for me and stated we need to plan the next surgery to do nipple reconstruction
I have pic of breasts before surgery and stated at every visit I wanted to remain the same size
My PS gave me large implants for my size 32 bra, so I fit a 32DD or 32E at 5'4" 122 lbs; I looked horrible, rippled, hanging with hollow poling at the top, gravity pulling
My PS said the outcome would be that I would not need to wear a bra unless I wanted to for they would be "perky" if I did the 3D tattoo. If I did the reconstruction for nipples I would for they would always be erect.
I am unable to purchase bras at Dana Farber Boutique for they do not sell my size and its unavailable from their vendor.
had to go to PT for 9 months and Massage therapy due to pain from heavy breasts aggravating my Fibromyalgia
