wine! Took me a while to come up with this one. I'm primarily French and German. So, no food really came to mind. Especially since I'm vegetarian.

Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread. It is made with leftover potatoes, flour, butter, and milk or cream and cooked on a griddle. You lather it with butter & then sprinkle it with either white or brown sugar, roll it up & yum! For my family, it has always been a Christmas staple. My dad was 100% Norwegian and my mom was 1/4 Norwegian & 1/4 Swedish, so we had lots of Scandinavian food.....which mostly consists of flour, butter, sugar, and cream! Not exactly healthy, but oh so good!

Matzoh ball soup. I use my grandmother's recipe, but I can't get the balls light and fluffy the way she made them.
Kaption, never under estimate the importance of wine at the dinner (or lunch, or breakfast😀) table.:)
Wine is not a part of my cultural heritage (Jewish), but it's a big part of my husband's, who's from Italy. I love a glass of vino (or 2) with a nice meal.

limon lemonade
Don't even know what exactly was in it. Just had a quick trip to my old undergrad campus in Columbia MO. We ate in the only restaurant bar that remains from my time at MU-The Heidelberg. It was a wonderfully refreshing alcoholic lemonade in a fun, familiar setting right by campus. So much fun.
