breast mets to the brain mets/leptomenigitis

New diagnosis for me and discussing treatment tomorrow. I do not have any symptoms and do not want to be a lab rat. I understand it is poor prognosis and not many treatments so does anyone have advise. I need a look into the future and need to know if I should just live it out. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with lobular breast with mets to the bone, very extensive.
