oh no! So sorry to hear about the progression. And a double whammy losing your onc! Nothing like getting kicked when your down, huh? I am wishing you good luck on your new treatment and breaking in your new onc! May him/her be a supportive ray of light for you as you navigate this new path

Kay, sorry to learn of the progression and hoping the new meds kickthis shit to the curb for a long time.

Kay, Bummer! I am sorry that you have progression, but it is good news that it is limited to bones only. I have heard of some very good results from the faslodex/ibrance combo. Hopefully, it is just the magic bullet you need.

K...I'm sorry your onc is retiring...as it sounds like you had a good connection. I had to get a new onc when mine was out for extended medical leave...while i was apprehensive & nervous, it became apparent, very quickly, it was a great move. Maybe this will be ok...a "fresh" outlook (on this dastardly disease!). Hope it's a good connection & he/she will lead you to the stable or Land of Ned! Wish you hadn't had to hear the p word...but once again, you sound strong & determined & that's a good thing!!!

Ditto what RonnieKay said on new onc = new outlook. That was my experience as well. Love you, too!

I am very sorry to hear of your results and wish you excellent and sustained success on your next treatment.

I hoe your new oncologist will work out well for you, and that you will be satisfied with the change even though you would not have sought it. And remember that you are the customer; you and your doctor will need to "click" because you'll have a long relationship with him or her!

    With a hug!
