Medical Marijuana
Have any of you tried the medical marijuana/cannabis? Not smoking it but the oil. Comes in a syringe and looks like tar? If you have not or if you have not heard of it please Google Darren Miller. You might type in Darren Miller cancer. This is a miracle for sure. I have met him and his wife. I wasn't so sure about this but he has made a believer out of me. My friend whom I have posted on here about is still hanging on, thank God. She is 53, dx'd with breast cancer in '06 then mets to lung in '11. Now she has mets to liver, abd and extensive bone. She will start this cannabis treatment come this Monday. I will update as we go along.
Re: Darren Miller, people from all over the world have been coming to his home to learn about this. People from the Netherlands, Africa and many more places. Please look this up!!! What are your thoughts on this? Have you heard of this or know anyone that it has helped or maybe someone has tried it and it failed? I know the statistics are that 85% benefit. Way better odds than chemo.

Ok...I searched the site for medical marijuana. I see a few people have done it and they are not getting the results I have read about. One thing I noticed is that they are saying they didn't tolerate the recommended dose so they didn't do it. Well, one thing Darren Miller has said is YOU HAVE TO DO THE RECOMMENDED DOSE. I know he recommends you not work during the 3 months of initial treatment. He states you have to do a rice size dose every 4 hrs during the day at first to build your tolerance. Also, the THC HAS to be over 50%. If it is not over 50% it will not work. Since I met Darren Miller and he showed me pics and his scan results before his cannabil treatment and then after his treatment I want to tell everyone! I want everyone to be cured! He is stating he was diagnosed with stage 4 non small cell lung cancer and given only a year or so to live. He did a 3 month treatment of this oil and now he is "cured" I saw the scan results stating "no evidence of disease" it is amazing. My friend is starting Monday and she will do all the doses as she is supposed to and I will let you know what happens. I know I sound like a crazy person but just think if this really can cure/kill cancer in 85% of the people that do this!!!

Cardsfan, I have not done too much research on the MM, but what I found is that THC in high doses can increase the cancer in ER+ women. He had lung cancer, not breast. I have a friend who has been living with mets to her brain for 2 years. She does MM. But I think only 10% of the THC.

Rick Simpson is the original cannabis oil guru. He has a facebook page, several youtube videos, and now has a book.
Google him.

Hi cards fan,
Thank you for trying to cure us all of metastatic breast cancer with Darren Miller oil.
Your kind and generous nature is obvious, yet maybe better to offer it to us, rather than try to sell us on its effectiveness for all, based on the results of one or maybe a few.
I suggest posting this at bco topic on MM from a different bc forum:
https://community.breastcancer.org/forum/73/topics...
Also, there are five pages to read through and you'll better understand why some choose CBD-only or CBD-rich strains of MM.
I'm in California where MM has been legal for 20 years and the growers and pharmacists are keen, wise and experienced.
Some prescribe a higher THC:CBD ratio for fighting cancer, others are fine with with high-CBD concoctions and hybrids.
Since I hate being mind-altered, I tried high-CBD and non-psychoactive (cold-brewed) lozenges and tinctures for pain and sleep, but found no improvement, so stopped putting extra things in my mouth.
What I've heard about the Rick Simpson oil is that it uses super toxic ingredients. People doing home-brew are using ever-clear and high quality alcohol and other ingredients. Be sure to check the Darren Miller oil for other ingredients.
Also have heard that there are many invaluable Facebook groups for learning more, but I don't do Facebook.
Sending best healing regards for all, Stephanie

Hi cardsfan. There are several on this site who have used/are using it. Most just don't post about it and keep in touch privately, myself included. I found it very difficult and costly to keep up with, so I quit (and I had some progression during the process, which made it hard to justify cost). Many others, however, have had success. I suspect it has a lot to do with pathology as goldie mentioned above. I do however smoke marijuana almost daily for pain. Best wishes to your friend and I hope it's easy on her and has great results.
